Daytime With Santa Dates and Times

Each time slot is a representation of when you should be at Santa's Grotto. You are free to enter Tropical Birdland at any time after 10am with a valid general admission ticket.

This ticket does not entitle you to enter our Evening Winter wonderland event. Staff will ensure everyone has left by 3pm

Our free-flying parrots will be going to bed at 2:30pm. Please ensure to arrive early to give yourself enough time to enjoy the full experience.
